Refund and Return Policy for Girfineuniee

At Girfineuniee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return and refund process. Please read through our refund and return policy below for detailed information on how to return items and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to return your items if:

  • The products are returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The products are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The items are not marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable in the product description.

We strive to make the return process as easy as possible, but we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

    • Photos of the product(s), if applicable (for damaged or defective items)
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be included with the return to help us process your return efficiently.

  3. Pack the Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the RMA number, to ensure the product is not damaged during return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.

  4. Return Shipping: You can return your item via any carrier of your choice (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please ensure that you obtain tracking information and keep the receipt until the return is processed.

    Note: We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees, handling charges, and gift wrapping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product, provided the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
